Hoodiadrene : Presentation and promises

Hoodiadrene is presented by its manufacturer as a powerful slimming supplement, which not only has appetite-suppressant properties. It’s also a fat burner that will help you get back to your ideal weight, and stay in great shape. So here’s what the manufacturer of Hoodiadrene claims. The latter:

  • Suppresses appetite ;
  • Stimulates metabolism;
  • Burns stored fat;
  • Increases energy levels;
  • Improves muscle tone.

In addition to all these very interesting effects, Hoodiadrene also presents itself as a supplement with no side effects, suitable for both men and women.

The manufacturer of Hoodiadrene

Hoodiadrene slimming pills are designed, manufactured and marketed by American firm Newton Everett Biotech. As we’ve already mentioned in other reviews of products from this same company, Newton Everett has all the hallmarks of a reliable manufacturer, and today successfully markets its products worldwide. At this stage, we can confirm that this is not a “scam” or any other suspect product. A manufacturer of this company’s calibre would not endorse a product that could quickly damage its reputation. We will, however, have to check out its ingredients to verify its promises!

The ingredients Hoodiadrene

Hoodia Gordonii : Hoodia gordonii is an African plant that has been used for centuries in traditional medicine, with excellent results in treating various infections, but also and above all in alleviating hunger. It’s the presence of the P57 molecule that gives hoodia its appetite-suppressant and fat-burning properties, as demonstrated by a study we’ll discuss in the section on science.

les-dieux-sont-tombes-sur-la-tete-afficheAnecdote: If you’ve seen one or both volumes of the film “The gods have fallen on their heads!”, you might be familiar with the Bushmen. These little men living in the Kalahari desert in Botswana consumed this plant when they had to hunt far from their villages. Hoodia gordonii actually helped keep them from going hungry for long hours!

Vitamin C : Stimulates the body in general, with powerful anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. It helps regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and may even have fat-burning properties.

Vitamin B6 : plays an essential role in lipid metabolism in particular.

Pantothenic acid : another name for vitamin B5, pantothenic acid can lower blood triglyceride and cholesterol levels, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Magnesium : It also helps prevent cardiovascular disorders and Type 2 diabetes. Magnesium is also a good support for sporting performance, as it plays a role in energy production. It aids digestion and also acts positively as a stress reducer, a major factor in weight gain.

Z-Plex blend : a patented blend found in many of Newton Everett’s slimming supplements, including Advantrim.

  • This blend contains citrus aurantium, which we discuss at length in a full article, available for consultation HERE. Citrus aurantium is known for its powerful fat-burning properties, although this power can be overshadowed by certain side effects when this ingredient is combined with caffeine.
  • It also contains another patented blend by the name of Advantra Z, which also contains ginger, a fat burner and powerful energy and metabolism booster.
  • Green tea extract, which has a dual action, both as a fat burner thanks to its theanine content, and as a hunger and mood regulator thanks to its action on serotonin and dopamine.
  • Quercetin, which reduces inflammation and muscular stress during exercise.
  • Cocoa extract, a powerful stimulant and relaxant. It also has diuretic properties that help eliminate toxins, and anti-oxidant properties.
  • Yerba maté, an ingredient with appetite-suppressant properties, which also increases thermogenesis, i.e. the body’s caloric expenditure. To find out more, read our article dedicated to Maté, HERE.

Hoodiadrene and science

A double-blind study validated the effects of Hoodia Gordonii. One of the two groups received the P57 molecule (its active molecule, isolated in 2001 and whose production was entrusted to the British company PhytoPharm) while the other received a placebo.

The results were as follows:

  • Significant weight loss in the P57 group;
  • A reduction in appetite in the P57 group, resulting in a significant drop in daily calorie intake compared with the control group;
  • Absence of side effects in both groups (Source 1); (Source 2)

Important : Hoodia Gordonii is a protected plant whose appetite-suppressant effects are often controversial in weight-loss studies. In fact, many products do not contain genuine Hoodia Gordonii extract.

Other studies have validated and recognized the thermogenic effects of green tea, now an official fat-burning ingredient.

As for citrus aurantium and yerba maté, we leave you to consult the articles dedicated to each respective ingredient, available on our website.

Side effects and contraindications of Hoodiadrene

Hoodiadrene contains citrus aurantium, the dosage of which is not indicated on the product sheet available from the manufacturer. The formula also contains caffeine from yerba maté, a substance not recommended for use in combination with citrus aurantium.

It is therefore recommended to consume caffeine or caffeine-containing products in moderation when taking Hoodiadrene, and to stop the treatment immediately if the following symptoms appear:

  • Hypertension ;
  • Headaches; Restlessness;
  • Agitation ;
  • Palpitations ;
  • Accelerated heartbeat;
  • Increased blood pressure and blood glucose levels following moderate-intensity exercise.

Apart from this recommendation, Hoodiadrene is declared harmless to health by its manufacturer.

How to take Hoodiadrene?

The recommended dosage is 9 capsules a day for the first 10 days, 3 capsules to be taken about 30 minutes before each of the 3 main meals.

After the first 10 days, if weight loss has got off to a good start, the manufacturer recommends a reduction to 2 capsules, 3 times a day.

If, on the other hand, weight loss proves too great, or you feel that Hoodiadrene is too strong for your metabolism, then it is advisable to take just one capsule 3 times a day.

It should be noted that the manufacturer strongly recommends combining Hoodiadrene treatment with a program of sport and balanced diet for best results.

      Haquin, good morning,
      The wisest thing in your case would be to ask your doctor for advice and tell him about the product you are considering using: he is the competent person best placed to decide.

      Bonne journée.
