Hello, I was also taken in by this “free” offer last December. I never put my bank details like that, I had a moment of absence! I started to search on google when I received the confirmation email saying that I had ordered on the 13th when it was already the 12th and I said to myself weird the date doesn’t match. Then I searched the internet and came across the forum you linked to for reviews, and then it was horrifying! Of course, if the small lines were presented on one page and written in big red letters, no one would be fooled, hence the scam: you really have to read everywhere, you just have to see it! My mother has just realised that she was a victim of this scam. 3 weeks ago, she came across a free trial and, enticed by the offer, she ordered the free trial, just the shipping costs to pay, a little over 6 euros (I don’t remember exactly). Then today, she realized that she had been charged 69.95 euros but received nothing more than the free trial. We did some research on the internet, found the site, and there the conditions which say that there is a 69.95 euro charge, then if she doesn’t cancel there will be another 1 of the same amount in a month or so she should receive something then like that every month until she cancels but we’re not there yet as we’ve just realized. We find the number for customer service, which is closed at this time of day (after 6pm). Tomorrow morning, she’s already going to stop the debit for this first debit, then it’s too late and she won’t try to get her money back, even if she hasn’t received anything in exchange (apart from the free trial 3 weeks ago). But logically, if they (the company, if you can call it a company) don’t manage to debit next month, they won’t send anything? She’ll try to reach them tomorrow morning to stop this so-called subscription. But if she’s having trouble, or even if she can’t reach them, will simply putting in a stop payment help? Hello, I’m usually so cautious, but I was taken in by speed! Too bad I didn’t see your site before…. I placed an order on February 24 for this product as well as for Wild raspeberry ketone and omega 3, the first 2 as free trials (shipping costs of 5.95 and 6.95 respectively), the 3rd for a fee. As I hadn’t seen any confirmation of the order by e-mail and didn’t have the company name, I had my doubts and today, through my browsing history, I was able to find their page giving access to the free order, and at the very bottom I discovered in small print their subscription scam! In the contacts section I found a telephone number: 01 84 88 05 72 The person who answered me on February 27 had a strong accent, but they do answer to the name DAILY POWER CLEANSE. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their methods and told them I was going to stop payment at my bank. The person told me I was in time to cancel and sent me 5 confirmation emails, 2 telling me to cancel the 2 subscriptions (one for raspberry ketone, one for daily power + omega 3 with 2 cancellation numbers) and 3 other emails giving a return number for each of the 3 products, what they call RMA. The parcel was dispatched yesterday. She told me to refuse the parcel and to indicate on it the 3 return numbers…… On receipt of the parcel, they will reimburse me. It will be the cost of the Omega 3 only I think since the rest is shipping. I saw on my bank statement that there are 2 transfer charges of 2.45 each. The company is in Cyprus. As I have a deferred debit card, I won’t be charged until March 5. I don’t know if I can trust them and if in the meantime I should try to stop payment at my bank or declare my bank card lost to block everything….
I do not wish to continue the treatment and would ask you not to deduct the €69.95 from my bank account.

To stop the direct debits I have declared my lost bank card to my bank, so once my card has been cancelled they will no longer have access to my account.

Me too, I realized that it was a beautiful fraud. So I sent them an e-mail telling them that I’m not going to continue with their trial, and therefore with the subscription. In the meantime, I’ve changed my bank card, so they’ll no longer have access to my account. What’s more, as a precaution, I’ve resent the products with a note inside the package.
If this helps anyone, please do as I did. I think that with this way of doing things, there’s nothing to worry about.
It just goes to show that we’re not vigilant enough, and should read between the lines.

A few days ago I ordered the Wild Rasberry Ketone pack as well as Daily Power Cleanse.
I haven’t received my parcel yet, but when I read all your comments about direct debit scams, I called customer service (0975-18-68-83) and a young lady explained the conditions to me:
– send the products for a free 15-day trial, if the products aren’t suitable, I send the 2 products back with the remaining capsules and if I want, after 09/12/2015 (pre-levy date), to simply cancel my renewal, I have to call customer service again for the cancellation. She even wanted to change my collection date because I hadn’t yet received the parcel.
I also got a commercial gesture from her: instead of paying 69€ for the Daily Power Cleanse and 79€ for the Wild Rasberry Ketone, she offered me the renewal of my products at 19.95€ each.
I’m waiting for the parcel to arrive, testing the products and coming back to report on them each week.
Everyone’s different, so if it works for me, I hope it works for you.
