Opti’brûleur ingredients

Dieti Natura Opti’brûleur is made up of the following ingredients:

1. Sinetrol :

Sinetrol is a patented active compound developed and marketed by Fytexia.

It is made from extracts of grapefruit, blood orange, guarana and maltodextrin.

Sinetrol has three main actions:

• Stimulation of lipolysis:
  The caffeine present in guarana extract acts by activating fat breakdown.

  It also increases thermogenesis, raising the body’s energy expenditure.

  In addition, sinetrol has an inhibitory action on the enzyme phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE-4), which increases triglyceride breakdown and the release of fatty acids and glycerol, which play an important role in fat storage.

• Better utilization of fatty acids:
  Sinetrol contains polyphenols that induce the expression of genes specific to fatty acid oxidation.

  As a result, the body’s action on fatty acids is enhanced, and they are better utilized as a source of energy.

• Appetite-suppressant effect :
  First of all, guarana has appetite-suppressant effects, which are reinforced by the presence of maltodextrin, a carbohydrate that increases satiety.

  Finally, the presence of chromium helps reduce snacking cravings.

2. Nopal :

Nopal has appetite-suppressant and antioxidant properties, and is also known to help regulate blood sugar and lipid levels.

4. Guarana extract :

To be more precise, in addition to sinetrol, the product offers us 30mg of guarana extract per capsule, i.e. 120mg for a daily dose.

5. Chicory inulin:

Inulin is the soluble fiber extracted from chicory root. It is used to improve daily fiber intake, but also to reinforce the sensation of satiety.

Dieti Natura Opti’brûleur and science

First, let’s take a look at sinetrol. Sinetrol has recently been the subject of 2 clinical studies.

The first study, conducted in 2015 by Fytexia in France, assessed the effect of Sinetrol XPur on body weight, abdominal fat, waist circumference and muscle metabolism in overweight men.

Conducted over a 12-week period in a randomized, double-blind protocol, with a placebo control group, the trial involved the administration of 900mg of the citrus-based ployphenol extract, Sinetrol Xpur.

The volunteers’ body composition and blood parameters were assessed before and at the end of the intervention period.

The results obtained were a slimmer figure and a significant improvement in metabolic parameters.

The researchers therefore concluded that over a 12-week period, sinetrol supplementation effectively and significantly improved the overweight process and muscle mass metabolism.

The second clinical study conducted in 2014 by the same group aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of a polyphenolic extract of citrus and red orange on weight management, metabolic and inflammatory parameters, blood glucose and oxidative status in healthy overweight individuals.

This experiment was carried out in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled protocol over a 12-week period, and involved two groups: sinetrol group: 47 people and placebo group: 48 people.

Sinetrol XPur was given to overweight subjects twice daily with the main meals.

The results suggest that sinetrol-based supplementation (in the case of this study Sinetrol XPur) represents a viable oprion for reducing abdominal fat, waist and hip circumference, and body weight, and helps Improve oxidative status and blood glucose levels in healthy overweight people.

Concerning nopal, several studies have been carried out, including one on Neopuntia, a patented nopal extract often used in slimming supplements.

The results of this study, which recommended taking nopal extract 30 minutes before consuming a sugary drink, showed that nopal reduced the body’s glycemic response.

These results are very encouraging, and nopal could indeed help reduce diet-induced blood sugar levels.

Side effects and contraindications of Opti’brûleur by Dieti Natura

Opti’brûleur’s dosages are reasonable enough not to cause side effects in the vast majority of cases.

Sensitive individuals may experience the undesirable effects of caffeine, i.e. insomnia, irritation, palpitations or heart rhythm disorders, headaches…
The manufacturer does not recommend Opti’brûleur for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women, or people taking anti-hypertensive medication.
