The official website promises that Inci naturel capsules can help us lose weight without changing our eating habits or the pace of our physical activity.
Apparently, Inci naturel has already been proven to :

• Stimulate metabolism ;
• Eliminate fat from the abdomen, waist and pelvis;
• Reduce appetite and stop snacking;
• Firm the body;
• Maintain energy and vitality levels.

Take one capsule of this thermogenic fat burner 30 minutes before breakfast, with a large glass of water.
The official website also recommends drinking 2 liters of water a day to support the weight-loss process. A requirement found in all slimming cures: keep well hydrated!

The manufacturer of Inci naturel capsules

Inci naturel capsules have an official Turkish-language website.
From the information we gathered using an online translator, we were able to ascertain that this site does not reveal any information about the manufacturer of this product.

On the official site, the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9001 stamps are highlighted.
These certificates are internationally recognized and well known. However, we were unable to verify their veracity in the case of Inci Naturel.

The ingredients of Inci naturel capsules

The Inci Naturel capsule formula proposed on the official website is made up of the following ingredients:

1. Red Pepper:

We assume that this is cayenne pepper, renowned for its thermogenic effect and fat-burning properties.
The active ingredient in cayenne pepper, known as capsaicin, activates the release of adrenalin and noradrenalin, two hormones involved in burning sugar and fat.
Adrenalin also acts on the brain centers linked to the sensation of hunger, promoting greater satiety.
Finally, capsaicin raises the basal metabolic rate, enabling the body to naturally burn more calories.

2. Green tea:

Here again, an ingredient whose slimming virtues have been proven by science.
Green tea increases the breakdown of stored fat, as well as the body’s basic metabolism.
Its action on noradrenalin further enhances its effects on fatty acid oxidation and energy expenditure.
Green tea’s slimming effect is attributed to its high catechin content.

3. Citrus Aurantium:

Citrus aurantium has powerful fat-burning properties, similar to those of ephedrine. In fact, citrus aurantium was introduced into slimming supplements following the ban on the latter, as it contains synephrine, an active substance with powerful fat-burning effects.
However, because of its powerful effects, the use of citrus aurantium is subject to strict legal restrictions. Its use in food supplements must meet certain legal conditions:

• The daily dose of p-synephrine must not exceed 20mg;
• The label must carry a warning advising against use by children, pregnant or breast-feeding women, and in the event of anti-hypertensive treatment;
• Caffeine and sources of caffeine are not permitted in dietary supplements containing Citrus aurantium L.

The first thing that jumped out at us was the lack of information on synephrine dosage in Inci Naturel capsules.
What’s more, as we’ll see with the ingredients that follow, Inci Naturel capsules contain caffeine from other sources, in breach of current legislation.

4. Guarana:

Guarana is a fat burner whose main active ingredient is caffeine. Its caffeine content is higher than that of coffee itself.
It has a powerful appetite-suppressant effect, and also acts to raise energy levels.

5. Shrub Leaf Blend:

A blend of green tea shrub leaves, rosemary and thyme that’s said to fight urinary tract infections and melt away accumulated fat after meals.
In the description of this blend presented on the official website, we have the impression of reading about the benefits of an infusion made from these plants and to be consumed after meals. One question then comes to mind: how did Inci Naturel manage to introduce this blend, usually consumed as an infusion, into a capsule?

6. Gum tragacanth :

Also known as dragon’s gum, it comes from the sap of certain plant species in the astragalus genus.
It’s used for its viscosity, which means it forms a gel in the stomach, promoting satiety and reduced calorie consumption.
Gum tragacanth also has laxative properties.

7. Carbohydrate Starch Plant Extract:

When we think of carbohydrates, we think directly of the macrobiotic diet and cereals.
In the case of Inci Naturel, we’re talking about carbohydrate/starch extracted from green plants (with no mention of the exact species).
To explain a little further, a carbohydrate is a carbohydrate, i.e. a sugar that occurs naturally in the form of starch in cereals and certain fruits and vegetables.
Carbohydrates turn into fats if consumed in excess, and their presence causes the body to use them as a primary source of energy instead of fat.
It is estimated that the rate of transformation of carbohydrates into fats in a normal person, i.e. one who shows no signs of insulin resistance, is 40%.
We can therefore deduce that Inci Naturel uses this starch as an energy source, because it is clear that it has no effect on weight loss; on the contrary, it can be a main cause of weight gain if it exceeds a certain limit in the human body.

Scientific studies on natural Inci capsules

There are no specific studies on the slimming effects of Inci naturel capsules.
However, some of their ingredients have been the subject of clinical research.

To begin with, a study on the slimming effects of green tea assessed the results of daily green tea intake on weight, body fat and waist circumference.
The experiment studied the effects of catechin-rich green tea supplementation on body composition in a population of 182 moderately overweight Chinese subjects.
The results of this study showed that consumption of two servings of a tea very rich in catechins led to an improvement in body composition and reduced adiposity in moderately overweight Chinese subjects.

Guarana has also been the subject of several scientific studies, but never in isolation and always in combination with other substances.
One such study compared the effect of a mixture of green tea and guarana extracts containing a fixed dose of caffeine and variable doses of EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), on energy expenditure and fat oxidation over a 24-hour period.
This experiment was carried out on a sample of 14 people in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.
Each subject was monitored 5 times over 24 hours in a metabolic chamber to measure energy expenditure, substrate oxidation and blood pressure.
The doses administered to the test group were, respectively, a fixed dose of 200mg caffeine and a variable dose of EGCG (90, 200, 300 and 400mg), 3 times a day, 30 minutes before the standardized meal.
The results obtained were: a significant increase (around 750 kJ) with the different variable doses of EGCG compared with the placebo group.
In conclusion, the researchers who carried out this study affirm the increase in energy expenditure that occurred following consumption of the EGCG/caffeine blend, but also add that the fact of using variable doses had no incident on the results observed.

Finally, we cite this study which summarizes much of the current experimental evidence (ranging from basic to applied investigations), of the biochemical and molecular metabolic effects of capsaicinoids in metabolically significant cell types.
In addition to their ability to influence metabolic rate, the results demonstrated that capsaicinoids appear to modify molecular metabolic signalling, regulate hunger and satiety, blood metabolites and catecholamine release.
It should be noted in passing that the capsaicinoids used in the majority of these experiments are not derived from natural sources. The researchers have therefore issued an invitation to conduct further studies, but based on capsaicinoids derived from primary food sources, to explore the pharmacology, physiology and metabolic benefits of chronic and acute capsaicin consumption.

With regard to tragacanth gum, the FDA has issued a statement on its official website to the effect that this plant does not constitute a danger to the public if used in accordance with the currently recommended dosage.

Side effects and contraindications of Inci natural capsules

In addition to the side-effects associated with the individual ingredients, the Inci naturel capsule formula can have other significant side-effects.

First of all, let’s talk about the presence of citrus aurantium, combined with guarana, which as we all know is a source of caffeine. This combination, as we all know, is expressly forbidden by many current laws.

The second combination “synephrine + caffeine” can cause serious side effects, such as: tachycardia, cardiac arrest, fibrillation, fainting, hypertensive effect, headaches, agitation, palpitations, accelerated heart rate, increased blood pressure and blood glucose levels following moderate-intensity physical exercise.

The capsaicin present in red chillies can also have undesirable effects, such as heartburn and diarrhoea.

It’s always worth remembering that this kind of product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children or people suffering from a health complication.

Testimonials from Inci naturel capsule users

It’s proving difficult to find independent, reliable testimonials on Inci naturel slimming capsules.

The testimonials found on Facebook, in the form of text message exchanges displayed on the screen and posted on retailers’ pages, do not seem sufficiently reliable to us to be taken into account.
