Dexatol27 is presented as a fat-burning, weight-loss supplement featuring a unique, 100% natural formulation that acts on several levels, which we present here:

Dexatol27 is sold by many retailers. It’s difficult to find the official website or the identity of the manufacturer.
We did, however, notice a name that is repeated on all the sites we consulted: Health Research Solutions Inc. We deduced that this is the entity behind the marketing of this product.
Our research on this company led us to discover that it is based in the USA, in Florida and more precisely in Appollo Beach, and was founded in January 2012.
Apart from this very general information, we couldn’t find anything about Health Research Solutions Inc.
So we know nothing more about how the ingredients are selected, the manufacturing processes, or compliance with current standards.
As usual, we do not support this lack of transparency on the part of companies manufacturing or selling dietary supplements. For the sake of honesty and safety, every consumer has the right to know by whom and how the product they intend to take is manufactured.
Dexatol27 ingredients
If we consult the Dexatol27 Blend label, we learn that it’s a blend of garcinia cambogia, chromium and calcium.
By visiting two Health Research Solutions websites, we discovered two other new compositions.
The first contains garcinia cambogia 60%HCA, extracted from green coffee with 50% chlorogenic acid and extracted from green tea.
The second contains garcinia cambogia 60% HCA, extracted from green coffee with 50% chlorogenic acid and extracted from African mango.
Same product name, same entity and different compositions!
Other sites refer to the Dexa27 blend as a combination of natural fruit acids and extracts.
It’s hard to make sense of all this information!
What does Dexa27 blend actually contain? Are African mango and green coffee really part of Dexatol27’s ingredient list? Are they part of the special blend?
For the time being, since we’re unable to contact the manufacturer for further details, we’ll stick to the ingredients listed on the product label.
1. Garcinia Cambogia:
This is the garcinia fruit used in slimming pills.
The active ingredient in this fruit is HCA, or hydroxycitric acid.
It has been established that a minimum content of 50% HCA is required for the substance to be effective.
On the Dexatol27 label, no information is given concerning the percentage of HCA, but on the websites, 60% is mentioned.
Let’s not stop there, though, and look at the supposed benefits of garcinia cambogia.
Garcinia cambogia appears to help regulate appetite, thanks to its action on serotonin, a hormone that sends satiety signals to the brain.
In addition, this fruit is said to activate the deterioration, then release and elimination of fats stored in the body.
Finally, garcinia cambogia is said to inhibit certain digestive enzymes, thereby positively modifying carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.

2. Chromium:
Chromium is an essential trace element which, through its action on insulin, acts favorably on carbohydrate metabolism.
Chromium deficiency is known to trigger sugar cravings and signs of hypoglycemia.
Chromium also acts on lipid metabolism, playing a positive role in cholesterol regulation.
Finally, this trace element appears to have anti-obesity effects.
3. Calcium:
Lack of calcium may play a role in the onset of obesity.
Calcium intake, on the other hand, could have positive effects on weight loss.
It also enhances the assimilation of other nutrients and ingredients in the Dexatol27 formulation.
Dexatol27 and science
No scientific studies have been carried out on the combination of ingredients in Dexatol27.
We can only give a few indications concerning the various ingredients taken separately.
Numerous studies have been carried out on the effects of garcinia cambogia on weight loss.
The various results show a controversy between studies showing that garcinia could indeed have a positive role on weight loss, and other studies showing the opposite.
We therefore searched for, and found, a meta-analysis that reviewed and analyzed the results of multiple studies on the effects of garcinia cambogia on weight loss.
Of the 23 studies identified, only 9 could be included in the meta-analysis, the others not meeting the criteria of reliability and methodology essential for validating study results.
Analysis of the conclusions of these 9 clinical studies showed that garcinia cambogia does indeed have positive effects on weight loss, but that these effects are short-term.
A study investigating the effects of chromium supplementation in obese women showed some interesting results.
On the one hand, chromium supplementation alone was found to cause significant weight gain in this type of subject.
On the other hand, the combination of chromium and regular exercise resulted in significant weight loss.
The researchers conclude that chromium is an interesting nutrient to include in a diet, when combined with physical activity.
In obese subjects, it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
Finally, a recent study (2011) showed that calcium supplementation of 1000mg per day resulted, in obese subjects, in weight loss of 1.5kg per year.
The conclusion we can draw is that the ingredients in Dexatol27 do have beneficial effects on weight loss, but only to a limited extent.

According to the Health Research Solutions website, Dexatol27 has no adverse effects.
Based on the ingredients listed on the label, we confirm that it is safe to use.
However, as a precautionary measure, we do not recommend that pregnant or breast-feeding women take this slimming supplement.

There are several hundred testimonials on the web, all of them extremely complimentary. This raises the question of whether these testimonials are real, or whether they have simply been faked to serve the interests of the manufacturer…

The list of negative points about Dexatol27 is long. That’s why we reject this slimming supplement without the slightest hesitation.
