1. Green Tea:

A recent meta-analysis published in 2016, investigated the effects of capsaicin and capsaicinoid analogues on metabolic molecular targets in high-energy tissues and cell types.

This study states that capsaicin consumption is associated with increased metabolism, making them potentially therapeutic for metabolic diseases by promoting weight loss.

This (meta) review summarizes much of the current experimental evidence of the biochemical and molecular metabolic effects of capsaicinoids in metabolically significant cell types.

Alongside its effect on metabolic rate, capsaicinoids appear to alter molecular metabolic signalling, regulate hunger and satiety, blood metabolites, and catecholamine release.

In conclusion, this review calls for further new work using primary dietary sources of capsaicin to explore the pharmacological, physiological and metabolic benefits of chronic capsaicin consumption.

Side effects and contraindications

    I am almost at the end of the 3 weeks but I still have persistent fat in my abdominal belt. I exercise at least 3 times a week. What should I do after 3 weeks? Have I bought a box of capsules and a gel or should I do something else?

    I don’t do much sport but I’ve got a few kilos to lose!!!! can I try it without having health problems, I’m 68 years old I’d like to get back into shape and lose these kilos that are bothering me
    however, if this product is only recommended for athletes, can you give me the equivalent without having any side effects?

      Hello Danielle,
      Indeed, Redburn hardcore is a powerful product, most often used by people who play sports regularly or even intensively. If you’d like to try it, why not? Our advice: start with minimal doses, such as 1 capsule at breakfast. Depending on the effects you feel, you can gradually increase the dose to that recommended by the manufacturer. If you experience undesirable effects, discontinue the treatment and switch to a milder product.

      Remember, a supplement is not a miracle recipe for weight loss. To help you maintain your ideal weight once you’ve gone on a diet, it’s essential to adopt a balanced diet and regular physical activity (not necessarily strenuous – walking is just as good).
