1. Starter phase:
The aim of this phase is to rapidly kick-start weight loss through a reduced intake of carbohydrates, fats and calories (between 800 and 1000 kcal/day), an increased intake of proteins and a high-fiber diet.
This Starter phase consists of eating 2 high-protein meals a day for 7 days.

2. The Control Phase :
This phase 2 of the Nutrisaveurs slimming diet aims to continue losing weight gently.
The diet gradually leads you out of the state of ketosis induced in phase 1, and to continue losing weight thanks to a reduced calorie intake, but with a slight increase in intake to 1000-1200 kcal/day.
Carbohydrates and lipids are reintroduced in a controlled manner, to prevent weight regain. The diet remains rich in protein and fiber.

What does this method involve?
Controlled, reduced carbohydrate intake triggers a ketosis phenomenon that promotes rapid weight loss through fat removal, while preserving muscle mass thanks to a protein-rich diet.
This is true, but we don’t see anything exclusive in this method, as the same phenomenon underlies all high-protein diets. But let’s continue…
The Nutrisaveurs slimming diet manufacturer
The company behind the Nutrisaveurs diet is Nutrifood.
This company, founded in France in 2013, manufactures homogenized and dietary foods.
The official website says little about the company, which is a shame. We would have liked, all the more to get an idea of this very young company, to have access to more information on the methods used to design and manufacture Nutrisaveurs products.
The official website offers a complete assessment to help visitors find the diet solution best suited to their case, as well as detailed information in their blog.
The coaching tab, which proposed the purchase of personalized sports coaching, is unfortunately sold out. At the time of writing, nothing has replaced it.
Ingredients of the Nutrisaveurs slimming diet
The Nutrisaveurs diet consists of a variety of high-protein preparations. Savoury and sweet flavours, desserts, main courses, cookies etc… Consequently, the ingredients that make up its different products would be different.
We are particularly interested in the type of protein used to maintain muscle mass and promote weight loss.
Not all proteins are created equal. Their nature and biological index provide a wealth of information on which to judge their quality, and therefore their effectiveness.
The composition of Nutrisaveurs products reads: “vegetable and dairy proteins”.
Are these soy proteins? Wheat? Chickpea?
What about dairy proteins? Whey protein? What type of casein?
