Lipodrene is a fat burner presented by its manufacturer as an advanced technology in the field of weight loss. It’s a blend of natural plant extracts and patented lipotropics, providing a triple action: fat burning, blood sugar control and appetite regulation.
We’ve noticed that Lipodrene is mentioned on several websites specializing in bodybuilding products. More emphasis is placed on the presence of 25 grams of ephedra in its composition. We understand that things aren’t quite the same on the other side of the Atlantic. In fact, several products that are controversial or even banned in Europe are marketed in America!

Is there any danger in using Lipodrene?
The ephedrine contained in Lipodrene comes from Ephedra Sinica, a plant which contains alkaloids including ephedrine and pseudoephedrine (Methylephedrine, Pseudoephedrine3) between 0.2 and 1% of the total mass. This gives the substance its stimulant properties, and it is therefore considered a doping product.
From a scientific and medical point of view, ephedrine is effective as a hypolipidemic (lipolytic), bronchodilator, nasal vasoconstrictor and antimigraine agent. It’s the dosage of this substance that’s the problem, and it’s generally because of poor consumer practices that it’s been banned. Because of its interesting results, users tend to take it again and again, which can lead to cardiovascular complications.
The presence of Acacia rigidula also disturbs. The problem stems from the fact that many manufacturers include this plant in their compositions to mask other synthesized ingredients. Indeed, some manufacturers have suggested that Acacia rigidula contains natural amphetamine to mask the presence of synthetic amphetamine.

Our opinion on Lipodrene
In the light of all the elements of our little investigation, we would not be tempted to endorse the use of Lipodrene. However, it’s entirely up to you to decide whether or not to buy it, as long as it’s sold online. If the information we’ve found is confirmed, this product would not cross the borders at the customs of countries which prohibit certain ingredients.
