Fenitrol, slimming with the scent of carob

fenitrol-brule-graisse-flaconIn the category of fat burners, those supplements designed to accelerate weight loss by increasing calorie burning, today we present FENITROL, a fat burner based on natural ingredients whose reliability and potential effectiveness we have chosen to test.

Fenitrol presentation and promises

Fenitrol is a fat-burning supplement which, according to the official website, combines 3 of the most powerful natural weight-loss active ingredients to act on overweight in a comprehensive way.

What you can expect from Fenitrol, according to the manufacturer:

  • Reduced appetite;
  • Reduced hunger ;
  • Elimination of overeating;
  • Increased feeling of satiety;
  • Help for fat burning;
  • Enhanced elimination through urine.

Fenitrol comes in capsule form, to be taken 2 times a day, 1 hour before each main meal, with a large glass of water.

On the Fenitrol website, you’ll find an apparently limited and exclusive offer: with the purchase of a course of Fenitrol, 1 month of slimming coaching is offered, including a shopping list, menus and recipes, support from a personal coach, and many other slimming tools.

The Fenitrol manufacturer

The company behind Fenitrol is Adsynet.

In fact, this Cannes-based company, founded only recently in 2015, specializes not in the design and manufacture of dietary supplements, but in catalogue-based distance selling.

No information is available on the laboratory that actually manufactures Fenitrol, on the design of this product, or on its manufacturing conditions.

So we’re dealing with a retailer who doesn’t give us any additional information about his product.

A lack of clarity and reliability that we’d like to have missed, but which isn’t necessarily the sign of a scam or a poor-quality product.

What’s more, the Fenitrol site offers a reliable, secure payment service, as well as a customer service team that can be contacted regularly. A good point for Fenitrol.

Fenitrol ingredients

1. Carob seed:

Carob is a well-known seed, widely used as a substitute for cocoa.

Carob’s active ingredient is galactomannan, which acts as a thickener, 90% of which is indigestible by the body.

As a result, carob swells in the stomach when it comes into contact with various bodily fluids, resulting in a greater and faster feeling of satiety.

Carob seeds may also help lower blood cholesterol levels, thanks to their polyphenol content.

Last but not least, carob seeds are rich in antioxidants, protecting the body from free radicals and toxins from the various pollutants to which we are exposed on a daily basis.

2. Cola nut :

This nut is very rich in methylxanthines, particularly caffeine (it contains between 1.5 and 3.5%).

Caffeine is a powerful stimulant that acts on the central nervous system, fighting both intellectual and physical fatigue.

Cardiotonic, it supports intense physical effort and raises blood pressure.

Caffeine is also well known for its ability to increase thermogenesis, i.e. the body’s caloric expenditure, which draws on its fat reserves to provide energy.

Finally, caffeine has diuretic properties, which promote the elimination of water and non-essential nutrients, thus aiding weight loss.

3. Chocory:

This is a cleansing and tonic plant, which also has a slightly laxative effect.

It combats bloating and digestive disorders.

It also has a prebiotic effect, which contributes to intestinal comfort and balance.

Chicory is also a diuretic, which boosts water weight loss.

Scientific studies on Fenitrol

The combination of the 3 ingredients making up Fenitrol has not been the subject of specific studies.

However, the individual ingredients have been the subject of various research studies.

In 2010, a study on the effect of carob fiber consumption on people suffering from hypercholesterolemia showed that after 1 month, total cholesterol was reduced by 18%, LDL (bad) cholesterol by 26%, and triglycerides by 16%.

In 2006, another study showed that taking 15g of carob pulp a day led, after 6 weeks, to a decrease in lipid profile, an increase in fatty acid oxidation, and an increase in energy expenditure.

Caffeine, found in kola nuts, has also benefited from numerous clinical studies, and is officially recognized as a substance that promotes weight loss.

Fenitrol side effects and contraindications

Caffeine is a powerful stimulant.

In the event of overdose or extreme sensitivity to this substance, the following side effects may occur: insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, accelerated heart rate.

It is therefore important, when taking Fenitrol, to drastically control caffeine intake from other sources, such as beverages (coffee, energy drinks, etc.), food or other dietary supplements.

The website states that Fenitrol provides a maximum daily dose of 1g of caffeine, which is quite reasonable.

Carob may reduce glycemic response to insulin.

Beware, therefore, of diabetics.

People suffering from anaemia will also need to be vigilant, as carob can also interfere with iron absorption.

Finally, it can cause a drop in urea and creatinine, which can be dangerous in cases of renal failure.

Despite this, carob has been recognized as harmless by the FDA.

The official website also states that Fenitrol is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Fenitrol user testimonials

The various opinions expressed by people who have tested Fenitrol are largely in agreement. Fenitrol is said to be an effective product, supporting weight loss in a totally natural way.

However, the weight losses observed are not miraculous.

  • Vulliez Colette

    Should SAFFRON be taken 1 hour before meals? or at the beginning of meals?
    What supplements can it be combined with for greater effectiveness?
    Thank you

    • Carl

      Hi Colette,
      Generally speaking, it’s advisable to take your dietary supplement half an hour before a main meal.

      The manufacturer does not specify a specific time.

      It also does not suggest any combination for this product.

      However, if you wish to combine it with another product, I would advise you to opt for products from the same manufacturer.
