Calxpel ingredients

Calxpel is made up of the following ingredients:

1. Citrus Aurantium:

Derived from the bitter orange, citrus aurantium, whose active ingredient is synephrine, boosts metabolism and fat burning. This ingredient is renowned for its fat-burning effects, and has often been combined with caffeine to reinforce these same effects.

However, citrus aurantium is a potentially dangerous substance. It is said to have effects very similar to those of ephedrine, and its use in the composition of dietary supplements has been regulated by the government since 2014.

Referring to a public order published on July 17, 2014 on the website of the public service for the dissemination of law and which determines the list of plants, other than mushrooms, authorized in food supplements and the conditions of their use (order available for consultation below this paragraph), we can read that:

  • The amount of Synephrine must be less than 20mg per recommended daily dose;
  • The label must include a warning that the product is not suitable for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women, or people suffering from high blood pressure;
  • It is forbidden to add caffeine or caffeine-source ingredients to the composition of the product.

We deplore the absence of any indication of the exact dose of citrus aurantium in Calxpel, even though Calxpel originates in Great Britain and may not be subject to the same legislation as products from European laboratories.

2. Guarana:

Guarana is particularly popular with slimming diets, as it contains a high proportion of caffeine.

Caffeine is officially recognized as an adjuvant (reinforcing agent) in slimming diets, thanks to its appetite-suppressant, diuretic and fat-burning effects.

In addition, guarana helps reduce stress, a major factor in weight gain, and stimulates the libido.

According to French legislation, guarana is a source of caffeine, so its combination with citrus aurantium in a slimming pill is not authorized. See our detailed article on guarana HERE.

3. Ginseng :

An adaptogenic plant, ginseng is a powerful general tonic. It activates digestion and promotes toxin elimination and liver function.

Ginseng’s tonic properties not only boost mental functions, but also endurance and the capacity for physical effort.

4. White bean :

White bean extract is said to block the assimilation of carbohydrates by the body.

So, instead of being converted into glucose, which is stored as body fat, some carbohydrates are not digested by the body, and are therefore simply rejected, thus limiting fat reserves.

5. Garcinia:

Garcinia cambogia is said to act on 3 levels, namely fat burning, appetite reduction, and modification of carbohydrate metabolism.

We’ll let you read our full article on garcinia to find out more about this ingredient, HERE.

6. Gymnema Sylvestre:

This plant could be involved in reducing blood glucose levels, mainly in people prone to Type 1 and 2 diabetes.

7. Pollen :

Derived from the hive and the work of bees, pollen is an ingredient with multiple virtues.

It generally stimulates and strengthens the body, enabling it to fight effectively against infections, viruses and illnesses.

It stimulates transit, has anti-constipation properties, and acts as a restorative and anti-fatigue agent.

The science behind Calxpel

The official website does not mention any clinical studies specifically dedicated to assessing Calxpel’s effects.

However, a number of studies have been carried out on its ingredients. To summarize:
In the caffeine study cited here, 76 obese or overweight subjects were given 150mg of caffeine a day for 4 weeks.

The results showed that daily intake of high doses of caffeine was associated with weight loss, through increased fat oxidation and thermogenesis.

With regard to the effects of white beans, several studies have been carried out on phaseolamine, the bean’s active ingredient.

After 4 weeks of phaseolamine supplementation, the test group had lost an average of 4kg, while continuing to eat carbohydrates as usual.

A preliminary clinical trial on subjects with Type 1 or 2 diabetes showed that Gymnema sylvestre can effectively reduce blood glucose levels.

However, the results have not yet been duplicated.

    Hello,
I’ve just started a Calxpel treatment, and on the 1st day I took 2 capsules as indicated in the dosage. I had 2 hours later puffiness, bordering on nausea, and a feeling of having my head in a fog (like dizziness) all the rest of the day. Impossible to sleep at night. So, after a day without taking it, I took just one more tablet this morning, but I’ve got that dizzy feeling again. So I’m thinking that this drug isn’t right for me. However, I don’t know what the problem is, and I’m not sure which drug is right for me. Does Phen375 have these side effects?

Thank you in advance for your help,
