According to its manufacturer, Activ 35 will boost metabolism, which tends to slow down with age. This boost will reduce the impact of calories absorbed through the diet and promote weight loss.

3. Fat storage

Activ 35 will modify the metabolism of sugars, which will be more easily converted into energy rather than fat reserves.

No fewer than 12 ingredients go into the formulation of these slimming pills:
Tryptophan : This amino acid acts on serotonin, a hormone involved in regulating mood and sleep.

Magnesium: A natural anti-stress agent, magnesium combats free radicals, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. It contributes to healthy digestion and energy production.

Vitamin B6: Contributes to optimal protein and carbohydrate metabolism and the body’s production of energy from ingested calories.

Arginine: Arginine is an amino acid with multiple roles in the body. In particular, it is involved in the production of growth hormone, which helps build muscle mass. Arginine is also a precursor of nitric oxide and creatine, which, by dilating blood vessels, contribute to optimal oxygenation of muscle fibers and thus to their development. Remember that muscles expend more calories to maintain themselves, and therefore increase basal metabolic rate, i.e. the quantity of calories burned by the body at rest.

Yerba maté / Guarana / Damiana combination: Here we have three flagship ingredients for slimming pills in general.

Activ 35 is also a caffeine-rich supplement, with 3 ingredients containing caffeine, and unfortunately no indication as to dosage. Caffeine can have side effects such as palpitations, increased blood pressure, insomnia, nervousness and irritability, heartburn and stomach irritation, nausea and vomiting…
Guarana abuse can also lead to dependence. Guarana also has a number of contraindications. This plant is not recommended for people suffering from hypertension, insomnia, heart disease, anxiety disorders or gastric ulcers. Needless to say, Guarana is not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women.

Excessive doses of damiana can cause insomnia, headaches, a laxative effect and prostate pain. Damiana should not be taken in cases of liver or urinary tract disease.
