CelluStepper and science

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acids) is a conjugated linoleic acid derived from linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid of the omega-6 family, found mainly in the fats found in the milk and meat of ruminant animals (sheep, beef, etc.). The CLA found in slimming supplements is generally derived from laboratory processing of safflower, sunflower or soybean oil. This acid is recognized for its antioxidant and immune system stimulating properties.

In addition to these virtues, CLA also appears to have fat-burning properties, helping to build and maintain lean muscle mass. According to several scientific sources, CLA :

• Reduces fat deposits, specifically in the abdomen;
• Increases muscle growth;
• Increases metabolism;

Side effects CelluStepper

In view of the composition clearly announced on the product’s packaging and on its official website, it would appear that there is no risk of undesirable side effects. We would nevertheless draw attention to the presence of caffeine in today’s formula. We believe this is why guarana is not included in the evening formula. Some people may not tolerate this component well and should minimize their intake for a better night’s sleep.
