Santa Clarita Diet or How to lose weight by eating your neighbor!
Santa Clarita Diet is a new slimming cure devised and implemented by the famous Drew Barrymore, the charming American actress we’ve (almost) all known since the first volume of “Charlie and His Angels”, and long before. Her secret? No fiber, no oatmeal, no fruit juice, no raw vegetables, but… hold on to your hats: human flesh!
We can already imagine the look on your face when you read this introduction, but we can guarantee the authenticity of the information and words spoken throughout this test about the Santa Clarita Diet. In keeping with the philosophy of TesteurPilules.com, we now invite you to discover this unconventional diet. How does it work? What about the choice of ingredients? What does science have to say? Does eating humans to lose weight have side effects? We investigate.
SANTA CLARITA DIET, or how to lose weight by eating it!
The Santa Clarita Diet isn’t as complicated as most slimming cures sold on the web. In fact, it’s as simple as eating human flesh… As we all know, it’s a pretty “gory” concept. We’ll explain why and how…
Santa Clarita Diet is an American television series in 10 episodes of between 26-30 minutes, created by Victor Fresco and broadcast since February 3, 2017 on the video-on-demand platform Netflix. It’s the story of Sheila, a charming real estate agent who is suddenly transformed into a zombie.
For those of you already familiar with zombies, you’re certainly aware of their dietary choices. Sheila quickly loses her taste for “normal” food and turns into an inveterate consumer of shakes made from human flesh blended in a blender! Not very appetizing…
Promises made by the creator of the Santa Clarita Diet Diet
While the Netflix company is proud of its product, which it hopes will overshadow already well-known diets, it has not failed to disclaim all responsibility for the adoption of the Santa Clarita Diet. A quick look at the “Privacy and Terms of Use” section of the series’ official website reveals this passage:
This Site is intended for the general public and you must be at least 16 years old to interact with this Site. This Site is for entertainment purposes only: we do not recommend any diet inspired by the Santa Clarita Diet series. It’s simply disgusting.
Disgusting! The makers of Santa Clarita Diet are, to say the least, straightforward and honest. A point in its favor, I must say! But that doesn’t stop him from outlining the promises of his diet, which will enable you to :
- look younger ;
- boost your tone ;
- boost your sex appeal ;
- … and most importantly, eat who you want! Clearly, this means you choose your own food.
In short, as Sheila testifies, thanks to the Santa Clarita Diet, you transform yourself into a slimmer, more toned and more attractive person. slimmer, more toned and with a stronger libido. On this delicate point, Sheila’s husband Joel, played by Timothy Olyphant can testify amply!
The ingredients of Santa Clarita Diet
Santa Clarita Diet isn’t a product in capsule, powder, ointment or gel form that’s already been packaged and whose composition you’re not sure you know. Rather, this cure is a well-documented method (through the ten episodes of the first season of the series). It’s up to you to choose your prey… sorry, your ingredients. However, your choice should be based on certain parameters:
- give preference to people who are healthy and, above all, already alive: corpses don’t taste good, according to our dear Drew;
- avoid nice people and look at those who aren’t nice at all: you won’t feel guilty after a good meal;
- it would be best if this person had no family or relations: that way, no one would care if he or she disappeared!
How Santa Clarita works Diet work?
Adopting the Santa Clarita Diet would be like following a high-protein diet. In a scene where Sheila and her two neighbors are relaxing on a bench during a morning jog (see image), she is asked about her new brisk pace. Sheila replies:
- It must be my new diet. I eat a lot of protein…
- Really? I mean, how many grams?
- I don’t leave a crumb!
From a scientific point of view, this type of diet, also known as a hypocaloric protein-sparing diet, is based on the body’s absorption of proteins, while limiting the intake of sugars and fats through food. It is recommended for people who need to lose weight rapidly before surgery. Weight loss rates of up to 12 kilos per month are reported.
The character of Sheila seems to be no exception to these results, as actress Drew Barrymore has declared that she actually lost 10 kilos during the filming of the series. But don’t worry: she didn’t lose them by eating human flesh, but by following a high-protein diet to give the character of Sheila a certain verisimilitude throughout the episodes. Yes, cinema is a craft!
Santa Clarita cure instructions and dosage Diet
The Santa Clarita Diet is based on the consumption of homemade high-protein shakes, made from pieces of human flesh frozen beforehand and blended in a blender.
These shakes are then poured into plastic shakers for easy transport, especially during walking and jogging sessions, or during the day at the office.
No dosage is specified. You’re free to consume as much as you like, as long as there’s enough!
A little tip for the taste :
It seems that the taste of food already consumed by the “donor” has an impact on the taste of the final shake. Thus, consuming a person who has just recently eaten a pizza, allows that flavour to be savoured in the shake.
Santa Clarita side effects and contraindications Diet
According to the testimonies of the couple Sheila and Joel, there seems to be only one side effect, but a rather desirable one! The Santa Clarita Diet user’s sexual appetite increases, and the couple’s sex life is much improved.
However, we at TesteurPilules.com would like to point out that, as with other high-protein diets, it is important to ensure a minimum and logical additional intake of carbohydrates and fats. High-protein diets are often criticized for threatening people with serious consequences, including death. No worries for a zombie, who’s already technically dead!
Buy Santa Clarita online Diet
Available only online, from its manufacturer Netflix. All you need to do is purchase a subscription on the now-famous VOD platform. The first month is apparently free! As for guarantees, there’s no money-back guarantee on the weight-loss product itself… however, you can unsubscribe from the platform at any time.
As with most slimming products and solutions, there are parallel and not always legal sales channels. The web is full of online streaming and torrent downloading sites. This is at the user’s own risk. We do not recommend these practices, and accept no responsibility for them.

Our review on Santa Clarita Diet
We weren’t able to test this diet for ourselves, due to a lack of ingredients! It has to be said that, faced with the danger of being consumed, even the heaviest prey grow wings! So we can’t say for ourselves whether the Santa Clarita Diet is effective or not.
However, we can only rely on the various testimonials gathered on the diet’s official website. We felt a certain authenticity in the words of the people who testified on the site in question.
Wait, don’t leave this page! It’s not over yet, you’ve still got one last paragraph to read…
Our “true” review on Santa Clarita Diet
Among the various TV series available on the web, Santa Clarita Diet stands out in our opinion. Dealing with the human condition with such offbeat humor is no easy task. The team behind the series have certainly done their best to present a good product. And as usual in film and TV, opinions differ and not everyone necessarily agrees about one work or another. Everyone has the right to criticize, as long as it’s done within the framework of a logical, objective and impartial exercise.
We think Santa Clarita Diet has succeeded, in more than one place, in depicting human egocentricity through the image of the zombie, masterfully portrayed by the character of Eric, the young teenage son of Sheila’s neighbors, played by Skyler Gisondo :
The undead ( … ), are subject to the impulsive demands of the “id”. The “id” is a force in the psychic apparatus that drives us to satisfy our desires. Its goal is to get absolutely everything it wants!
In reality, we’re the real zombies! We consume everything and anything without worrying about the consequences. By destroying the Earth, we destroy ourselves.
Now, if the idea of devouring your neighbor doesn’t appeal to you too much, you can always opt for a slimming pill! Here’s a small selection for you:
