Pack Cho Yung and Green Coffee, the natural slimming aid

pack-cho-yung-green-coffeeWhat better way to lose weight than with a global approach combining detoxification and fat burning?

This process leads to weight loss, which is accompanied by the elimination of toxins that stand in the way of optimal nutrient assimilation. And as we all know, this can be a major factor in overweight.

For such a cure, there’s no need to go looking for several individual supplements. There are ready-made packs like the one we’re presenting today, the CHO YUNG and GREEN COFFEE PACK.

Presentation and promises of the Cho Yung and Green Coffee Pack

The Cho Yung and Green Coffee pack, as its name suggests, consists of two products: detox tea and green coffee capsules.

This pack is designed to cleanse the body, and at the same time boost the metabolism to stimulate the melting of fat mass.

Here’s what the Cho Yung and Green Coffee Pack promises:

  • An antioxidant-rich formula that protects the body from free radicals;
  • An overall rebalancing of the body;
  • Increased metabolism;
  • Improved toxin elimination;
  • An effective fat-burning aid;
  • 100% natural ingredients.

The Cho Yung and Green Coffee Pack is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

A course of treatment corresponds to 14 days of detox tea, with 2 cups a day (one in the morning and one in the evening after a meal), and one (1) capsule of green coffee three times a day for 1 month.

The Cho Yung and Green Coffee Pack manufacturer

The Cho Yung and Green Coffee Pack is a combination of two slimming products from two different manufacturers.

Firstly, Cho-Yung tea comes from the company of the same name.

Based in Kent, UK, Cho-Yung specializes in weight loss through green tea, and selects its teas rigorously.

Cho-Yung tea is hand-picked 3 times a year. It is then partially sun-dried, then dried at high temperature to prevent oxidation of the leaves. The leaves then go through a special fermentation process that preserves the tea’s active ingredients.

Cho-Yung’s products are delivered to a multitude of retailers, including the famous Holland & Barrett’s and Harrods in London.

As for green coffee, it comes from Maxmedix, a company we’ve already mentioned in some of our previous tests.

Maxmedix is a brand of the Vitenza company. Its products are manufactured in the UK, in compliance with local standards. The ingredients used by Maxmedix are certified 100% natural and GMO-free.

Below are the ingredients of the two products in the Cho Yung and Green Coffee pack:

Green Coffee capsule ingredients:

1. Green coffee (237.5mg green coffee extract/capsule):

We’re all familiar with green coffee, which is widely used in slimming pills for its multiple slimming benefits.

The caffeine in green coffee, i.e. unroasted coffee, has the advantage of providing the recognized benefits of caffeine without the drawbacks. It improves alertness, reduces fatigue and stimulates thermogenesis and lipolysis. All without the side-effects of heart rate, sleep or anxiety disorders.

The chlorogenic acid present in green coffee helps regulate blood sugar levels. And let’s not forget its anti-oxidant properties.

The ingredients of Cho-Yung tea :

1. Oolong tea :

Oolong tea comes from the same plant as classic green tea, but differs in its manufacturing process.

Very rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, it is said to stimulate lipolysis, helping to convert fat into energy and thus promote weight loss.

Other properties include its beneficial effect on cardiovascular health and its ability to increase GABA A receptors. As a result, its relaxing and soothing effects are enhanced.

2. Gynostemma Pentaphyllum:

This herb is also known as jiaogulan. It is part of the Chinese pharmacopoeia and is often referred to as the “herb of immortality”.

In traditional Chinese medicine, it is used to slow down the aging process, thanks to its ginseng-like saponin content.

It strengthens the immune system, regulates cholesterol and acts as a tonic and regulator of various metabolic processes.

3. Cassia seeds:

Another name for senna, cassia is a powerful laxative, thanks to an active substance, sennosides, which have powerful effects on the intestines.

Cassia seeds should not be used for prolonged periods.

The 14-day course of treatment recommended by the manufacturer seems to us to be both prudent and healthy.

4. Lotus leaves:

Lotus has anti-oxidant properties: it cleanses the spleen, optimizes digestion and is said to increase metabolism.

5. Honeysuckle:

A beautiful, fragrant plant with many health benefits!

Honeysuckle is much sought-after in Chinese medicine for its positive action on digestive disorders, such as diarrhea, and urinary disorders.

It has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties, and regulates blood sugar levels.

6. Hemp seeds:

Hemp seeds are highly nutritious in good fats, proteins (they contain 25% of their total weight), minerals, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and gamma-liolenic acid.

They aid digestion thanks to their fiber content, and help reduce blood sugar peaks.

They also regulate cholesterol levels.

What does science have to say about Pack Cho Yung and Green Coffee?

Studies on green coffee have confirmed its positive effects on weight loss.

In a clinical study referenced here, which attempted to discern the effect of chlorogenic acid-enriched coffee on glucose absorption in 12 healthy volunteers and its effect on body mass after long-term use in obese or overweight subjects.

The study verified that this coffee reduced glucose absorption by 6.9% compared with the control group.

The effect on body mass was tested on 30 overweight volunteers and resulted in an average weight loss of 5.4kg over 12 weeks of supplementation, while the control group consuming instant coffee recorded an average weight loss of 1.7kg.

This study concluded that if coffee enriched with chlorogenic acid was used for a prolonged period may result in a reduction in body mass and body fat compared with the use of normal instant coffee.

The properties of gynostemma pentaphyllum, present in Cho-Yung tea, have also been studied, notably in overweight diabetic subjects.

A first study investigated the anti-diabetic effects of a 4-week therapy with gynostemma pentaphyllum extract and sulfonylurea.

The result was a significant reduction in blood glucose levels, hence the conclusion put forward by this group of researchers stipulating that this extract may be an alternative to other oral medications for treating patients suffering from type 2 diabetes.

Let’s cite this other study conducted over a 6-month period, with consumption of 80ml of gynostemma pentaphyllum tea, This group of researchers achieved a significant reduction in weight and insulin resistance, and a net decrease in blood triglyceride levels.

Side effects and contraindications of Pack Cho Yung and Green Coffee

Due to the presence of senna, some people may experience an acceleration of intestinal transit.

However, according to the manufacturer, this is due to the decomposition and elimination of fatty acids, and does not last.

As already mentioned, caffeine from unroasted coffee has no undesirable effects.

However, the Cho Yung and Green Coffee Pack is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. This is also the case for all dietary supplements.
