What can we expect from Drain Pearl?

According to the marketing presentation, this product is based on a brand-new formula, effective from the very first days of treatment.

Drain Pearl will :

1. Drain and promote elimination;
2. Refine your figure;
3. Combat water retention.

Drain Pearl slimming drops should be taken at a rate of 20 drops per dose, morning, noon and night, mixed with water, for 15 days.

This treatment can be repeated indefinitely until the desired results are achieved.

A slimming guide is also provided, offering recommendations for successful, healthy weight loss.

The Drain Pearl product is sold on TV shopping shows, or in the online stores of these same shows.

So we’re dealing with resellers.

Despite all our research, we couldn’t find any mention of the product’s manufacturer.

As a last resort, we contacted one of the dealers to find out more about the entity behind Drain Pearl.

To date, as this article goes to press, we have received no response.

In all the time we’ve been testing slimming products, we’ve found, with rare exceptions, that the products promoted on teleshopping sites generally don’t display the identity of the manufacturers of the products marketed, and focus mainly on the product itself.

The main ingredient in Drain Pearl slimming drops is ash.

1. Ash leaves:

Ash has many properties (notably anti-rheumatic), but those of particular interest to us here are its diuretic and laxative properties, as well as its action on cellulite.

Ash is therefore recognized as an effective ingredient for accelerating elimination through the urine, in cases of water retention and slimming diets.

What we feel is important to emphasize is that ash will act on the body’s water, not fat.

In other words, weight loss will be a loss of water, whereas people wishing to lose weight permanently tend to lose weight in fat.

Drain Pearl also contains other ingredients in smaller quantities.

2. Niacin:

Niacin, also known as vitamin B3, helps convert carbohydrates into glucose to provide the body with the energy it needs.

It also helps regulate (or even lower, depending on dosage) cholesterol levels.

3. Zinc :

Helps normalize blood sugar levels, and stimulates the production of leptin.

Leptin is a hormone directly linked to the sensation of satiety, and therefore to the regulation of appetite and the quantity of calories ingested during meals.

4. L-Carnitine :

L-Carnitine has long been highly appreciated, particularly by athletes, for its effective fat-burning effects.

It is said to reduce hunger, activate fat burning and boost energy levels.

5. Chromium:

It has a positive effect on fat and sugar metabolism, helping to reduce blood triglyceride levels and regulate cholesterol.

What does science have to say about Drain Pearl slimming drops?

Have clinical studies been carried out to validate and estimate the effectiveness of this product’s formula?

Unfortunately not, but we were able to find some information about Drain Pearl’s main ingredient, ash leaves.

A 2007 scientific review of the medicinal use of plants with diuretic properties did indeed recognize and confirm ash (fraxinus exclesior) as one of the most promising plants in this field.

According to another study carried out in 2004 by a group of Moroccan researchers, which was devoted to investigating the hypoglycemic effect of aqueous extracts of Fraxinus Excelsior (ash) derived from its aerial part, on normal and streptozotocin diabetic rats; this group of researchers concluded that these aqueous extracts represent a potent hypoglycemic and have anti-hyperglycemic properties without affecting plasma concentrations of basal insulin.
