Symetix, a morning and evening formula to combat excess weight
Symetix is a slimming solution from NHCO Laboratories, whose product we have already tested (see later in this article). It comes in the form of a device combining two formulas: Morning and Evening, to be taken for a minimum of four weeks to see results. According to its manufacturer, the aim of this treatment is to help you return to your ideal weight. Symetix’s packaging is clearly marked “Overweight”.
What is the relationship between this product and overweight? How can Symetix reverse the vapors and return to a safe weight index? We won’t beat about the bush…
Symetix more than just a sales argument!
Symetix proudly displays this reference to overweight on its box for a reason. We understand that the manufacturer knows how to play the right chords to sell its product. But you’ll have to give him credit for using this method, because the problem of overweight is not a trivial one!
For those of you who might not be following us, here’s a quick explanation to help you understand what’s involved.
A long time ago, medicine spoke of ideal weight, which was associated with body size. You’ve probably seen one of these ideal weight charts. Well, these references are virtually useless now that specialists have discovered another, more reliable way of interpreting the relationship between weight and height. This is now known as the Body Mass Index (BMI).
Body mass index and overweight
A little calculation, which anyone can do, allows us to position our build on a more meaningful scale.
To calculate your BMI, divide your weight by your height squared.
Example in figures:
- Weight in Kg: 60
- Height in cm: 170
- Calculation: 60 / 170(2) = 20.76 kg/m 2
A specific table enables us to position our case on a scale of 6 corpulence stages:
- Lean: BMI below 18,5
- Normal build: BMI 18,5 à 24,9
- Overweight: BMI of 25 à 29,9
- Moderate obesity: BMI 30 à 34,9
- Severe obesity: BMI 35 à 39,9
- Very severe (massive) obesity : BMI from 40
To put it simply, the second stage of obesity is considered overweight. So, to feel better about your body, you’ll need to work towards a body mass index below 24.9. Any other questions? Leave them at the bottom of this article.
Symetix : the manufacturer and its promises
Symetix is designed and marketed by NHCO Nutrition® laboratories, based in Nice, France. This manufacturer has specialized in Aminoscience® for nearly 20 years. As you may have guessed, these are amino acids, and you’re quite right to think so.
All the research carried out by these laboratories revolves around amino acids, considered to be the molecules at the origin of life itself. Medicine has confirmed that these components are essential for the optimal functioning of our vital organs. Most of these acids are produced naturally by our bodies, but sometimes in insufficient quantities. That’s why we intuitively look for them in food.
Symetix is presented by its manufacturer as a unique combination of 3 specific complexes in addition to a vitamin concentrate. This formula is designed to help you regain your ideal weight. This means that these pills will regulate your energy metabolism, enabling you to bring your BMI below the 24.9 threshold.
What are the ingredients in Symetix?
There are two lists of ingredients, as Symetix comes in two pill formats: Morning and Evening.
In the introduction, we told you about another product from the same manufacturer. It’s called CelluStepper which is also based on a dual Morning and Evening formula. We believe that such an approach is proof of a manufacturer’s concern to listen to the body.
Symetix Morning Formula ingredients
THERMOLIP COMPLEX: a combination of Amino Acids and Plant Extracts, including Guarana (Paullinia cupana) and Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), as well as deodorized garlic bulb extract (Allium sativum) to stimulate thermogenesis. This complex also contains alpha lipoic acid, Vitis vinifera extract (including resveratrol), Ribes nigrum extract and vitamin E;
VITAMINIC COMPLEX: including vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, B9, C and D, which help regulate normal energy metabolism.

Our opinion on Symetix
The Morning and Evening formula seems interesting to us, as it reveals the manufacturer’s concern to listen to the body. Deciding to administer nutrients at certain times of the day reminds us of the foundations of chrononutrition theory. The ingredients listed in the Morning formula seem interesting to us. However, CLA1000 remains somewhat controversial in the scientific community, and its efficacy is still disputed. We would be delighted to receive testimonials from users to add to our Symetix review.
