Symetix, a morning and evening formula to combat excess weight

Symetix is a slimming solution from NHCO Laboratories, whose product we have already tested (see later in this article). • Height in cm: 170
• Calculation: 60 / 170(2) = 20.76 kg/m 2

A specific table enables us to position our case on a scale of 6 corpulence stages:

1. Lean: BMI below 18,5
2. Normal build: BMI 18,5 à 24,9
3. Overweight: BMI of 25 à 29,9
4. Moderate obesity: BMI 30 à 34,9
5. Severe obesity: BMI 35 à 39,9
6. Very severe (massive) obesity : BMI from 40

Symetix is designed and marketed by NHCO Nutrition® laboratories, based in Nice, France. This manufacturer has specialized in Aminoscience® for nearly 20 years. As you may have guessed, these are amino acids, and you’re quite right to think so.

All the research carried out by these laboratories revolves around amino acids, considered to be the molecules at the origin of life itself. Medicine has confirmed that these components are essential for the optimal functioning of our vital organs. Most of these acids are produced naturally by our bodies, but sometimes in insufficient quantities. That’s why we intuitively look for them in food.

Symetix is presented by its manufacturer as a unique combination of 3 specific complexes in addition to a vitamin concentrate. This formula is designed to help you regain your ideal weight. This means that these pills will regulate your energy metabolism, enabling you to bring your BMI below the 24.9 threshold.

What are the ingredients in Symetix?

There are two lists of ingredients, as Symetix comes in two pill formats: Morning and Evening.

Symetix Morning Formula ingredients

THERMOLIP COMPLEX: a combination of Amino Acids and Plant Extracts, including Guarana (Paullinia cupana) and Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), as well as deodorized garlic bulb extract (Allium sativum) to stimulate thermogenesis. The complex also contains L-Arginine hydrochloride and L-Citrulline. The Thermolip complex certainly promotes slimming, but only in conjunction with specific dietary measures and physical exercise;
GLUCO-LIPOTROPIC COMPLEX: contains cinnamon extract (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), choline and chromium, which contribute to the physiological metabolism of macronutrients, particularly carbohydrates and lipids. This complex also contains alpha lipoic acid, Vitis vinifera extract (including resveratrol), Ribes nigrum extract and vitamin E;
VITAMINIC COMPLEX: including vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, B9, C and D, which help regulate normal energy metabolism.

How to use Symetix?

Symetix is intended for daily use, for a minimum of 4 weeks, to be repeated if necessary.

Take 2 capsules of MAtin with breakfast. You can then eat your lunch as usual, and for at least 3 times a week, do a short training session. In the evening, take 2 Evening capsules.

Remember that physical exercise combined with a healthy diet is a good adjuvant to this slimming treatment. The aim is to burn fat and build lean muscle to help achieve a normal body shape.

Contraindications and side effects Symetix

Symetix capsules should be taken in morning/evening mode, and should not be misused. Also, as caffeine is an important part of the treatment’s composition, remember to moderate your general coffee intake.

In terms of side effects, some studies have reported the following effects associated with taking CLA1000:

• Fatigue ;
• Mild gastrointestinal disorders;
• In some cases, an increase in insulin resistance has been observed in obese subjects. CLA 1000 has also been reported to impair joint flexibility.

Our opinion on Symetix

The Morning and Evening formula seems interesting to us, as it reveals the manufacturer’s concern to listen to the body. Deciding to administer nutrients at certain times of the day reminds us of the foundations of chrononutrition theory. The ingredients listed in the Morning formula seem interesting to us. However, CLA1000 remains somewhat controversial in the scientific community, and its efficacy is still disputed. We would be delighted to receive testimonials from users to add to our Symetix review.
