The results of the study showed that people who consumed Glavonoid™ increased their muscle mass, as well as their basal metabolic rate.

These people also consumed more energy during physical exercise.

A measurement of oxygen consumption during exercise revealed that this ingredient increases lipolysis and could have greater effects if combined with long-term exercise.

Indeed, given that the muscle uses the oxygen at its disposal to produce energy through fat combustion, it is understandable that greater oxygen consumption would promote better utilization of adipose tissue.
